The activity regulation of the Press Council of the Republic of Moldova establishes who and how can file complaints regarding violations of the Code of Ethics for Journalists, which types of complaints are accepted and which are rejected. The Press Council Secretariat may provide assistance in drafting the complaint. On request, personal data is protected.
